Looking for More Excitement
A survey of 2200 IT engineers and their perception of work
There are numerous occurrences of programming misses or operating misses that could shake the foundations of corporate management or social activities. On the flip side is the daily existence of exhausted IT engineers enduring constant pressure to do things better at lower cost. There is no future for information systems if these people cannot give full play to the skills that they possess. Why do we build systems? Starting with the perception of work survey that we carried out, we have defined the shape of IT engineers who are searching for a vision of the future in which they can find excitement.
