The Tokyo Stock Exchange (TSE) has lost great deal of credibility since November 2005, through a series of network system problems. The project to rebuild the TSE system will start full-scale this January, with an operation date scheduled for the second half of 2009. In what ways has the TSE system changed over the past year?
