One to one training, practical projects, apprenticeships … learning from pioneering companies

 

There is more and more need for IT planning personnel capable of planning systems that will contribute to management. The number of companies that have brought in practical training with this nurturing in mind has started to grow. There has been a breakthrough in the deadlock in personnel training, with inefficient traditional on-the-job training and unhelpful lecture-based training. We explore the know-how from the frontline of practical training at pioneering companies.

Captivating Customers with Electronic Money

 

The infrastructure for electronic payments of small sums of money is expanding rapidly

 

“Electronic money” and “electronic ticket” services that use contactless IC cards are moving from the period of initial introduction to that of expansion. The number of users has grown to several tens of millions, and customer retention based on user attributes and purchase histories is well under way. All sorts of trials have been started, such as shaping consumption flows through tie-ups with companies in other sectors.
