The difference between making things worse and recovery

 

This year alone has seen numerous occurrences of major system troubles. In many cases, everything from servers to networks had been duplicated to secure standby systems. Why didn’t these functions work, then? We will try to find tactics to eliminate the unexpected incidents” by referring to the examples of miscalculations faced by four companies in different fields this year and looking at their strategies and emphasis on standby systems thereafter.
