11th Customer Satisfaction Survey
Gaps exist between client expectations and vendor policies
- What really is the purpose of finding the customer satisfaction
level? Corporate users have begun to cast doubt on IT vendors’ efforts
to improve customer satisfaction. While template-based solution-proposing is
now widespread, many users are skeptical if these proposals are really in the
best interests of customers. Such discontent is affecting user satisfaction over
IT-related services as well as hardware and software products. Vendors, especially
foreign-affiliated vendors who depend on indirect sales, have drawn harsh criticism
from their clients. Corporate users are looking for ways to create a worthwhile
mechanism. What they want is increase dialogue with their vendors.
