- What really is the purpose of finding the customer satisfaction level? Corporate users have begun to cast doubt on IT vendors’ efforts to improve customer satisfaction. While template-based solution-proposing is now widespread, many users are skeptical if these proposals are really in the best interests of customers. Such discontent is affecting user satisfaction over IT-related services as well as hardware and software products. Vendors, especially foreign-affiliated vendors who depend on indirect sales, have drawn harsh criticism from their clients. Corporate users are looking for ways to create a worthwhile mechanism.
