Nikkei BP as a whole currently presents four awards.

"Nikkei BP Technology Award," the first of our awards, established in 1991, is given to technologies used to manufacture such things as medical instruments and electrical appliances, that benefit our lives without our noticing.The awardees are decided based on the impact they make on Japanese industry and society.

"Nikkei BP Advertising Award" aims to stimulate development of advertising in business-to-business information, including economy/management, electronics/machinery, network, construction and healthcare, while "Nikkei BP BizTech Book Award" recognizes those books that contribute to the advancement and development of technology and management.

Our fourth award "Japan Innovators Award," aims to revitalize the country's economy and acknowledges innovators who have unique ideas and the strong will to bring them to reality.

There are also other awards presented by individual divisions of Nikkei BP,such as "Nikkei Restaurants Menu Grand Prix" and "IT Japan Award's (formerly "Nikkei Computer Information System Award")  all to recognize and make thepublic aware of the achievements of specialists.
