Fourth "Israel High-Tech Exhibition & Seminar" to Take Place on July 10 and 11


Tokyo -- May 1, 2001 -- For the first time this year, Marubeni, a leading trading house in Japan, is participating the Israel High-Tech Exhibition & Seminar as sponsor company. Leveraging on its profound trading experience, Marubeni will assist the exhibitors from Israel in the process of entering the Japanese market from pre-entry consultation to post-entry follow-up.

This year again, the Israel High-Tech Exhibition & Seminar will consist of two key components - an exhibition of Israel's high technology and a seminar featuring presentations mainly by Israeli high-tech companies. Last year, the exhibition had 56 companies in 51 booths and there were 12 companies offering presentations to a total of nearly 900 attendees.

The event last year was attended by over 3,200 people altogether. Although the number may not be so impressive, it must be noted that nearly 40% of them were people capable of making management decisions in their respective companies, thereby allowing exhibitors to unfold promising business negotiations.

Exhibition space is available from 1/2 booth at the price of 200,000 yen. Packages of booth space, seminar sponsorship and advertising space in NIKKEI COMMUNICATIONS and NIKKEI INTERNET TECHNOLOGY are also available.
