Nikkei BP English Website Gets a New Look
Tokyo -- November 1, 2001 -- The English-language company website of Nikkei Business Publications (http://www.nikkeibp.com) has been redesigned with a completely new look. The new website, designed by BlueBEAGLE LLC based in Norwalk, Connecticut, offers increased depth of information about and from Nikkei BP as well as greater ease of navigation.
The new design is aimed at demonstrating how Nikkei BP is indeed Japan's largest and most trusted business and technology information source. The eye-catching flash movie on the top page impresses the visitors, who may know little about Nikkei BP, with impactful figures such as 40 magazines, 600 staff writers, 6,000 advertisers and 2.8 million readers.
The starting point of Nikkei BP over thirty years ago was just one general business magazine, Nikkei Business. But today, the company has expanded to dozens of publications and information platforms such as the Internet, exhibitions & conferences, consulting services and education. The new website explains each service in much detail as well as the company's commitments made to the growth of the industries it serves, the environment and privacy.
The website also acts as the gateway to all sorts of English-language information provided by Nikkei BP, including AsiaBizTech which is a sister website of the renowned BizTech news site boasting over 290,000 e-mail news service subscribers and 16 million page views per month. Company brochures in Chinese and Korean are also downloadable from this website.
There is much more to the new website than words can explain. Visit the all new Nikkei BP website now to see the changes with your own eyes.
