Nikkei BP to Launch New B2B Magazine "Nikkei Robotics" on July 10

Tokyo – May 18, 2015 – Nikkei Business Publications (President & CEO: Kohei Osada; Tokyo) announced today to launch its new monthly B-to-B magazine, NIKKEI Robotics, on July 10, 2015, for delivering news on the most cutting-edge of robotic technologies with global perspective to support progress in the robot industry.

We are reaching the era when robots will become our familiar companions. At factories, robots and humans will complement each other for manufacturing products, and in towns, drones will deliver parcels to households. At home and school, children will play and learn with robots having artificial intelligence. The foundation for realizing these visions lies in technology, so engineers around the world are competing to develop innovative robotic technologies.

As a magazine specializing in robots, Nikkei Robotics will report on latest developments in such fields as parts, materials and other element technologies as well as system technologies including artificial intelligence and software.
